I'm a Quality Assurance leader with 11+ years of experience building testing capabilities, leading multidisciplinary teams and improving how organizations manage software risk.
I currently lead a QA function and a blended Test Factory of around 40 professionals. My remit spans strategy, governance, operating models, release readiness, capacity, executive reporting and client-facing quality initiatives, including RFPs and solution design for managed testing services.

Own QA strategy, governance, KPIs and Test Factory performance for a blended organization of around 40 professionals. Leading the shift toward Quality Engineering, continuous quality, accessibility and AI-enabled testing.
Test Manager
Led multi-client testing portfolios end to end, defined test strategies and scaled the Test Factory from a small core team into a multidisciplinary delivery organization.
Test Analyst
Delivered quality assurance across banking and cloud services, covering requirements analysis, test planning, integration, usability, defect management and lifecycle reporting.
